360 campaign

 Intermediair is a Dutch recruitment agency with an interesting vision. Their aim is to help people build their career instead of only finding a job. The briefing was to create a brand new identity that lived up to this. The idea behind the campaign is that during your career, you come across different points. You have the starting point where you find your first job, or your highest point when you’re on top of that ultimate job you’ve always wanted. (You get the point right?) With a new vision, a fresh visual identity, exciting guerilla ideas and a handful of apps, the green point became a symbol.
